Payment terms

1. 01Payment confirms your intent to engage Culture Vulture for the selected service or project and allows our team to begin the agreed planning and coordination process.
2. 02Payments are non-refundable once work, planning, artist coordination, bookings or other project activities have commenced.
3. 03Third-party costs including artists, production, advertising, travel, accommodation, hospitality, permits and other external expenses may be charged separately unless specifically stated otherwise.
4. 04Final scope, timelines and deliverables will be confirmed with the client after payment and venue/project assessment.
5. 05Artist availability, event dates and project outcomes are subject to confirmation and cannot be guaranteed until formally agreed.
6. 06By making a payment, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to these terms.
7. 07Culture Vulture reserves the right to modify or decline a project where operational, commercial or legal circumstances make execution impractical.
